Matt Schlegel, a high-tech leader with over 20 years of experience talks about his experience working in Japan and the lessons learned. In the 90s, Matt was granted a Mombusho Scholarship to perform research at the University of Tokyo. He then spent 3 years living, studying, and working in Japan.
